Bechance work on Carbon footprint

looking at work in behance in response to Carbon footprint to see what others have tried to construct to raise awareness of issue or propose solution. Noting that not all of these are in relation to the angle we are looking at executing in doing Carbon Footprint, but their work could help inform me and my partners response to brief.

Studio Smart is an interesting idea looking at responding to a brief around global warming and targeting a specific group. This person created studio smart as a campaign targeting studios by giving them a 30 day challenge where they picked a card that gave them a task to reduce wasted elements in this area. This is a really good look at small changes being made to an environment that do not require much effort but has a big impact if it increased to many organisations.

commove is an idea that looks at using application to allow people to open up to the ability to become more energy efficient by connecting with a network that is currently doing that, it also looked at pressuring by competition to try to motivate your engagement.

Carbon Lab is a info graph site concept that looks at displaying carbon stats efficiency.

Tesla Solar Powered Supercharger, is a confusing one as it displays a lot of information towards the Tesla car and it’s solution as an energy source but not sure on the bechance submitters contribution.

This page is an interesting display of information on how to reduce your carbon footprint in relation to food with info graphs using more of an illustrative approach.

This idea is clever looking at packaging waste, it uses less cardboard in a more efficient way to protectively transport a lightbulb.

And saving the Best for last is the Green Pedestrian crossing. China recognising the large amount of fumes created by car emission asked people to drive less and walk more, the green crossing was an eye grabbing method to attract peoples attention to do their bit for the environment, having a canvas set up at a crossing that had a dead tree on it they put green paint on either side of the crossing to show how walking gave the tree new colour to it’s branches.
